The Committee on Industry and Labor moved to amend the bill on page two, section two, lines twelve and thirteen, after the second “in”, by striking the words “subsection (c) of”.

On page seven, section ten, line nine, by striking the word “This” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Except as provided for in article 3e-3, this”.

And,

On page nine, section thirteen, lines seven and eight, by striking subsections two and three, leaving the word “and” at the end of line eight and renumbering subsection four as two.
